Tom Perroni, Lead Instructor, formed Perroni's Tactical Training Academy in 1986 with the sole purpose of providing the highest-end firearms and tactical training possible. Tom has over 5 years of law enforcement experience and is also a contract instructor for:

Frank Borelli- Frank's history includes seven years of military service as a Military Policeman, Light Infantry soldier and Combat Engineer. Frank also has almost twenty years of civilian law enforcement experience, including fifteen years of LE training experience and is currently a retired Lieutenant from the Fairmount Heights Police Department, having served as the Training Commander and DHS Coordinator.
 
Frank has become recognized nationwide as an expert on Use of Force issues, training development and equipment selection. Frank is a regular contributor to publications such as the Blackwater Tactical Weekly, Officer.com, and more.
